This version features the classic design with red enamel banner inscribed “Proletarians of All Countries, Unite!”, above the hammer and sickle and gold star emblem, framed by a laurel wreath and red star. Manufactured in silver with detailed enamel work, this decoration was awarded for acts of military valor and distinguished service to the Soviet state. The medal is in nice condition, showing only minimal wear to high points and enamel, with well-preserved details and a clean reverse. A highly collectible mid-period example of this iconic Soviet military decoration.
